Enjoy the European flavor and sociable environment of our beautifully restored turn-of-the-century home. In addition to our beautifully decorated rooms we offer the following amenities----gourmet kitchen for your use, laundry, proximity to public transportation, and parking. We are also just a 5-minute walk to parks, restaurants/night life and a 20-minute walk to the Seattle waterfront and Pike’s Market.

Our philosophy at the Capitol Hill Guest House is to create a short term, home-like atmosphere while in the presence of perfect strangers -- who, if you choose, become long term friends and acquaintances. In a relatively short period of time we have accommodated people from China, New Zealand, France, Germany, Japan, Finland, Mexico, 20 assorted U.S. states and Canada. The atmosphere is one of consideration, peacefulness, and quiet times in a very cosmopolitan setting.

The typical bed room is furnished in a traditional Bed & Breakfast style with "fou-fou" pillows, designer bed spreads and flowers upon arrival. Rooms vary in size but all are comfortable---which is the typical Bed & Breakfast motif. All baths are wall papered and are furnished with showers and tile floors.
