The perfect retreat on a clear Vermont lake—available year-around. During the summer, the swimming and fishing are terrific. In the winter, it's a comfortable, classy getaway just 15 miles from the Burlington airport.

For the peak summer season—Memorial Day through Labor Day—preference will be given to those who wish to rent for a full month or the entire season, but daily and weekly visits will be accommodated if a vacancy occurs. We expect the cottage to be available for short-term visits during the remainder of the year.

The cottage is approximately 24 X 24 feet, with a path leading down a short hill to the lake. The frontage is not expansive, but pleasant for launching a small boat (we'll make a canoe available), fishing, or swimming.

The cottage combines rustic charm with modern convenience, with cedar shingles, natural wood floors and walls, a full kitchen with dishwasher and gas range, and versatile options for living and sleeping.
