Protected from the north winds in the summer, come and sit on the lawn and watch the waves. Walk down our trail to the beach and tide pools. The outdoor fire pit gives you a unique way to watch the sunset.

Located north of Newport City center, Tyee Lodge is just a few minutes from all of the attractions, including the Bayfront, Hatfield Marine Science Center, and the Oregon Coast Aquarium.

Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area stands just north of Tyee Lodge, and offers tide pools and dramatic ocean views. In the summer you can tour the lighthouse, and in the winter you can watch the storm waves crash at your feet.
