The Shaker Hill Bed and Breakfast is located in a recently updated 1790's colonial style home. Originally home to a revolutionary war colonel and his family of 7 children, the house has been modified over the years. Most notable was the addition of a wonderful wraparound porch where travelers can relax and unwind. The house sits on 24 acres which abound with wildlife.

The four bedrooms are newly renovated- each one distinctive. All have private baths, restful chairs, and lots of ligh. There is a choice of twin, double, queen and king sized beds. All rooms have goose-down comforters to ward off the chill of a frosty night. The comfortable living room is available for relaxation with games, books and television.

Every stay includes a hearty breakfast featuring traditional New England fare such as blueberry pancakes with locally produced maple syrup. Breakfast is served in the dining room, which may have a crackling fire on a brisk morning, or on the porch on a bright summer morning. Homeade treats are available in the afternoons along with coffee or tea. Every effort is made to assure every guest is comfortable and the visit memorable.

Shaker Hill B&B is easily accesible from both I-91 and I-89 and only a short drive from I-93. Enfield is located in the Upper Connecticut River Valley and is approximately 2 hours from Boston and 2-1/2 hours from Montreal. It is a perfect location for anyone wanting to spend the days shopping, skiing, hiking, or biking with ready access to numerous attractions in both New Hampshire and Vermont.
