In 1910, George G. Barnum, a successful business man, world traveler and philanthropist commissioned architects to build a home large enough to showcase his collection of art and accomodate frequent guests - a home to reflect the significance of his land ownership and wealth. In keeping with the history of the mansion, we have recently renovated and furnished it in a lasting and timeless traditional style and offer it to you as an elegant bed and breakfast experience.

The Inn is a perfect setting for your romantic getaway, located on a secluded street adjoining Oregon Creek, yet only minutes away from famous Canal Park and the aeriel lift bridge.

The Firelight Inn on Oregon Creek features a fireplace in each suite, as well as a private bath and audio system. Two second floor suites offer double whirlpools and entertainment centers. The Superior Suite on the third floor offers an adjoining sitting room with entertainment center, double whirlpool, skylights and loads of privacy.

Your day begins with a delicious five-course breakfast delivered to your suite.
