Welcome to THE LANDINGS - a Nantucket style inn situated on the breath-taking waterfront off of the eastern shore of Lake Michigan. This haven from stress is located downtown in the beautiful village of Saugatuck, a place of beauty and history.

THE LANDINGS was originally built as a commercial fishing barn where fish were packed and nets hung from the loft to dry. Over the years, the building has been remodeled many times. In 1990, the Phillips family purchased the property and transformed it into one of the finest inns in Saugatuck.

THE LANDINGS offers guest rooms, and one and two bedroom suites. All feature queen sized beds, private baths, and most provide a waterfront view. No two rooms are exactly the same. In one room, one might lounge in comfy wicker while in another, one will delight in a rose floral carpet and dark cherry poster bed. While not a bed & breakfast, everyone is welcome to watch the boats glide by from spacious decks and enjoy the mornings coffee that is provided in your room. There is definitely a room for you.

During your stay at THE LANDINGS, step out and enjoy one of the many activities Saugatuck has to offer nearby such as sailing, lake cruises, charter fishing, golf, summer theater, antiquing, cross-country skiing, and dune rides.
