While the spas and other special comforts give in-room pleasure, the inn's fine restaurant and impressive wine cellar provide memorable experiences beyond. In summer, guests enjoy dining on a tree-shaded, outdoor deck that stretches alongside Eden Brook, for which the inn is named. In colder months, a blazing fire in a corner of the dining room creates a cozy atmosphere for your meal.

The menu at the Brookside Inn ranges from Greek-style baby rack of lamb to vealpiccata , but diners can also experience Swiss Stone Cooking the healthy way of cooking right at the table which produces piping hot foods with no added salt or fat. Breads and pastries made are from scratch in our own bakery, served in the restaurant and sold to take home.

A staircase leads down to the winecellar, where you can select that special bottle of wine to accompany your dinner. More than 200 varieties of wine are available, including rare and highly-prized German red wines. All wines are imported exclusively by the Brookside Inn. Tours of the cellar, wine tasting with imported cheeses, and sausage are available.
