The property consists of two Spanish Mediterranean style homes with adjoining cottages, which have been thoughtfully restored and very comfortably furnished. The grounds include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fountains and botanical gardens. The gardens contain exotic fruit and vegetation found throughout the tropics, including nearly three hundred pineapple plants that border the property. The neighborhood was originally built on an old pineapple farm in the early 1900s.
