This handsome Georgian listed building, with off street parking for 6 vehicles, is just 10 minutes away from the city centre via the excellent bus service which passes nearby.

It enjoys continued popularity, with many guests returning whenever they stay in Edinburgh.

All bedrooms have been completely and beautifully refurbished. The rooms are charmingly decorated, cosy and comfortable. Renowned Edinburgh architecture and beautiful hillsides can be enjoyed from the windows.

Some have en-suite facilities but all have wash handbasin, colour television and central heating.

Food and Drink
A sumptuous and elaborate Scottish breakfast is cooked to your liking and served on finest china. Vegetarians are well catered for and are most welcome.

Free tea and coffee is also available at all times.

Afternoon tea is offered, featuring scones with jam and cream, delicious pastries and sandwiches.

For other meals, Edinburgh offers a vast choice and for those who do not want to venture too far in the evening, there are many restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance.
