Watch Inn Bed and Breakfast is a stately Federal built by Horace
Kelsey for his family homestead in about 1880. The property on which
the Inn stands is rich with history. "Deeded to Samuel Bates in
the Twenty-sixth reign of Queen Anne of England, Scotland, Wales and
France".
The grounds are very tranquil and peaceful.
Park benches are placed in the front of the home where you may sit and
watch the world go by. A private park like yard is in the back of the
house. Wicker baskets, grills, and picnic tables are available for
guests use. We are just one and one half block from West Beach on Long
Island Sound. Each room has a wicker basket filled with beach
blankets, towels and beach passes.
Upon arrival, we welcome
you to indulge in complimentary strawberries dipped in chocolate. If
you desire, complimentary beer, wine, champagne, non alcoholic
beverages, soft drinks, bottled water, juices, tea, coffee, fresh
fruit and snacks are always available.
