Located adjacent to the square in downtown El Dorado, Union Square Guest Quarters are one and two bedroom suites. Eight of the suites are large luxury rooms with balconies and dressing rooms. Two addition suites are completely furnished apartments, including a fully equipped kitchen, plus a washer and dryer.

A complementary Continental Breakfast is available, as well as a fitness center. The Guest Quarters reception area consists of an 1883 Central of Georgia railroad coach connected to a larger dining area. This complex is available to rent for receptions and other special occasions.

The Guest Quarters are located in the Corinne Court retail complex on Main Street in downtown El Dorado. Adjacent to the inn are several restaurants and over 50 specialty retail shops. Downtown El Dorado has the largest and best specialty retail shopping in south Arkansas.

The Rialto Theater, "Arkansas' Last Grand Theater", is only a block away. This 1929 art deco grand movie house features first run movies on three screens.
